Return Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear and intimate apparel
  • Accessories and jewelry
  • Sale items marked “final sale”
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Personalized or customized items

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account and visit Order History
  2. Select the items you wish to return
  3. Complete the return authorization form
  4. Package items securely in original packaging
  5. Include the completed return form
  6. Affix the provided return label
  7. Drop off at designated carrier locations

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not our fault.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size and color variations, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please indicate your preference on the return authorization form. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or full refund upon receipt of the returned item.

Store Credit
You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Return Status
You can track your return status by logging into your account or using the tracking number provided on your return label.

International Returns
We currently accept returns only from addresses within the United States. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or return shipping costs.

Holiday Returns
Special extended return periods may apply during holiday seasons. Please check our website for specific holiday return deadlines.

Final Sale Items
All final sale items are marked as such at the time of purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
